Powered by the MB 29.25 caliber, developed by Montblanc engineers in Villeret, the watch features a brand-new in-house world time complication. The Montblanc 1858 celebrates the ultimate challenge in mountaineering, the Seven Summits, the holy grail of the sport, in which climbers attempt to reach the highest peak on each continent. Considered the most difficult in the world, this challenge has only been mastered by approximately 500 athletes to date.reference
