Die Montblanc 1858 Unveiled Minerva Chronograph Limited Edition wurde am Gehäuse um fünf Öffnungen erweitert, damit das Licht auf das handfinissierte MB M17.26 Manufakturwerk mit Handaufzug strahlen kann. Es wurde seitenverkehrt eingeschalt, damit auf der Zifferblattseite alle mechanischen Bewegungen der Uhr bewundert werden können. Um dem Auge tiefere Einblicke in das Uhrwerk zu gewähren und das anspruchsvolle Handwerk zu bestaunen, das jedes Einzelteil auszeichnet, ist die Chronographenkomplikation auf Säulen verbaut. Für einen zusätzlichen modernen Touch sorgen die Platinen und Brücken aus Neusilber in der Farbe Blau.
Diese limitierte Edition ist mit einem 43-mm-Edelstahlgehäuse erhältlich, das über eine geriffelte Lünette aus Weißgold sowie über ein skelettiertes Zifferblatt aus Saphirglas verfügt. Abgerundet wird die Uhr von einem austauschbaren blauen Sfumato-Kalbslederarmband mit Alligatorlederprägung und Dreifachfaltschließe aus Edelstahl.
