Ref. MG-002269 - In commemoration of the brand's revival and in honor of the inventor, visionary, and master Moritz Grossmann, a wristwatch in its vintage guise is now being released: The GANGRESERVE Vintage features a historically designed dial in argenté color, reminiscent of Moritz Grossmann's classic pocket watches. Finely crafted black Roman numerals and the original logo in the form of the typography "M. GROSSMANN" from 1875 adorn the dial as a tribute to the master, as he was honorably known in Glashütte. The hands of the new model are also inspired by Moritz Grossmann's 19th-century pocket watches. The pear-shaped tip of the hour hand forms a beautiful contrast to the extremely fine, needle-thin shape of the minute hand. It measures just 0.1 millimeters at its narrowest point. The delicate appearance is surpassed only by the second hand, which measures a twentieth of a millimeter in diameter. Like all Grossmann hands, these are handcrafted in the factory and manually tempered over an open flame. The hands are also blue, matching the blue/white power reserve indicator.Height: 11.65 mm
