The Frederique Constant Flyback Chronograph Ref. FC-760V4H4 is the result of six years of intensive in-house development and manufacturing. Inspired by the flyback chronographs of the 1930s, this complication goes beyond standard chronograph construction. The flyback allows the wearer to operate the chronograph without having to reset it each time. The chronograph hand can be stopped, reset, and restarted with a single push of a button. This function is essential for timing an elapsed interval of events during a race.
The case of the FC-760V4H4 is made of rose gold-plated stainless steel with a three-part polish and satin finish. The domed sapphire crystal is adorned with a sapphire crystal caseback, and the sapphire crystal caseback allows a view of the movement. The silver dial features rose gold applied indices and hand-polished, rose gold-plated hands. The mother-of-pearl black counter completes the elegant design. The automatic movement, Caliber FC-760, is a chronograph movement with a frequency of 4 Hz and 32 jewels. The perlage and Côtes de Genève ensure high precision. The power reserve is 38 hours, and the watch features a stopwatch function and a small seconds hand at 9 o'clock.
